(1) The following representatives or persons who come to participate in the conference or meeting of the Center or who are assigned for the work of the Center when entering, staying and leaving Nepal since September 28, 1965, 1947 Nepal has also become a party. Privileges and immunities in accordance with the Treaty on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations Federal Special Organizations adopted on November 21 shall be granted to:-

(a) UNESCO representatives or staff or experts, and< /p>

(b) a member of the Committee or a representative of a foreign government or foreign organization invited by the Centre.

(2) The representative or person referred to in sub-section (1) Free visa will be provided to come to Nepal.
